We are working with a well-regarded, growth-oriented law firm in the metro that is known for its supportive culture and commitment to associate development to identify a Corporate Associate. This is a great opportunity for an attorney with 1-4 years of experience who is looking to deepen their exposure to business law in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
The position will involve a mix of transactional work, including assisting with M&A deals, drafting and negotiating contracts, entity structuring, and advising business clients on day-to-day legal needs. This firm provides a clear path for advancement and an excellent platform for attorneys looking to build a long-term corporate practice.
